BUSINESS ANALYST- UML. My London based client, a major provider of health and care services globally, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Group's IS team.

Business Analysts will be responsible for developing excellent knowledge of the business area, promoting the business benefits of new and existing technologies and processes, providing guidance to business stakeholders when approaching objectives and identifying solutions, liaising with business stakeholders and systems users to document business, functional and non-functional requirements, assisting in the design of technical solutions, assisting with the management of key business and third party relationships and providing leadership and mentoring of less experiences Business Analysts.

Successful Business Analysts will ideally possess:

- Education to Degree level (or equivalent)
- UML and/or ISEB certification (or equivalent)
- Lead Business Analyst experience on a large project of up to £500K
- Experience of leading at least 2 Business Analysts on projects
- Solid understanding of existing and emerging technologies, including current trends in IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
