Helpdesk Support Analyst ( RTU, Telemetry, SCADA ) needed. We are looking for a competent Helpdesk Systems Support Engineer with exposure to Supporting enterprise SCADA systems.
The role of Help desk Analyst will involve working closely with external clients on a 1st line support basis. It is ideal that all candidates have exposure to supporting SCADA systems and Protocols (ideally control systems) however not essential as training will be provided.
You will have excellent client interaction skills and be able to contribute to the meeting of Service level agreements (SLA's).
You will also be a quick learner and able to absorb technical information. It is essential that you are able to show skills in problem solving, attention to detail and PC/MS Office applications.
