My client, a large complex public sector organisation based in London, have an immediate requirement for a Change / Communications Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the Change and Communications process in line with he implementation of a corporate system for Property and Asset Management. It will involve development and dissemination of a change plan, presenting changes to the business and demonstrating the new Property and Asset management system. It will also involve creating and managing User Group, Intranet site etc.
The main duties, responsibilities and activities will be;
* Working closely with the BPR Manager to ensure any re-engineered processes for Property and Asset Management are communicated effectively to all directorates. * Translation of the Asset Management Plan into a Communications & Change strategy * Management of the Communications & Change processes regarding P&AM processes * Working through any resistance from the business on the re-engineering of processes * Presentation and demonstrations to the business to ensure awareness on project progress * Establishing and running a user group * Preparing the business for the cut-over to go-live of the new corporate P&AM system
Strong and proven experience required, ideally with the experience as desired in Property and Asset Management.
Public Sector experience a pro requisite. Experience within local government a distinct advantage.
