NETWORK MANAGEMENT / AGENT BANK - MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY Agent Bank experience - Relationship / Network Management
Our client would need someone to do a proposal – say 10 days to prepare – and then, if they buy the recommendation, the consultant would stay on to deliver the work. We anticipate this might be three months - potentially a nice contract for someone who freelances or someone who is currently between roles
Some specifics;
• Supporting products regarding the appointment of agent bank services for the settlement of trades. • Documentation, including SLAs, RFPs, Tax Documentation, Account Opening internally and externally, etc. • Continual monitoring of the service levels provided by the agent banks against the Service Level Agreement. • Managing the feasibility and subsequent implementation of new services offered by agent banks. • Maintaining the relationships with agent banks through actively involving them and the internal clients in regular meetings and immediate discussions about current issues arising. • Escalation point for operational issues with agent banks. • Negotiation of fees, terms and conditions with agent banks. • Central Network Management point of contact for Front, Middle and Back Offices. Involvement in a number of cutting edge initiatives instigated by the Front Office.
