European Technical Support Engineer required for a leading manufacturer of electronic goods for their DAV Division. Must have experience with the following: Camcorder MP3 Player DVD Player/Recorder Home Theatre Portable Audio Set Top Box VCR Duties: *Provide Technical support to European subsidiaries. *Carry out field testing and report back to HQ. *Monitor product,country and ASC KPI's, analyse trends and highlight unusual movements. *Deliver product and technical training to Service Engineers, contact centre and internal staff.
