This is a great opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join this growing solutions provider in the telecoms arena. The description of the role and the responsibilities follow:-
Responsible for planning and managing their sales activities as necessary to ensure sales targets
are achieved, customer satisfaction is improved, and that all sales objectives incorporated in
company plans are achieved. To gain qualified leads and new sales opportunities by pro-actively
contacting existing customers and prospective customers and for handling all the internal day-to-
day activities required in managing designated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1.Develop business through increasing contacts with existing and prospective accounts to achieve sales targets as set by the company within your target area.
2.Identify new opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing and new accounts.
3.Handle incoming enquiries from assigned customer base and expedite activities required in managing these accounts as appropriate.
4.Prepare customer quotations and proposals for new enquiries, driving these to new sales where appropriate.
5.Increase sales activity including number of calls made, value of quotations, and orders booked to demonstrate that activity and pipeline business is commensurate with reaching sales targets.
6.Ensure quotations, proposals and sales orders are completed correctly and to the highest standards.
7.Ensure that the Customer Relation Management and all other systems are operated and completed correctly and kept up-to-date in accordance with company procedures.
8.Carry out telephone marketing or sales campaigns targeted at sales growth areas.
9.Achieve levels of monthly sales in line with the achievement of the Annual Sales Targets, including sales mix and gross profit £ and percentages, as specified in company plans.
12.Perform other incidental related duties as directed by the Head of Sales..
