This is a great Support opportunity for someone who is looking to join a professional support team for a Global leader on their field. This is a permanent role – based in Surrey. Major Vendor of complex software products used within Call Centres and for Work Force management is looking for an additional Support Analyst (application support). You will be joining a team of technical experts offering troubleshooting advice and application support to big companies who are using our clients CRM products. You must have previous application support experience - even better if you have been working with any Telephony ( CTI), Enterprise Bespoke Application, WFM or CRM products. Technically you should have strong skills in SQL and some other Windows technologies – AD, Server, Windows2003, Exchange….if you are MS certified so much the better – MCP, MCSA, MCTS SQL.
