Technical Vetter - IT Support - Hardware - Northampton - My client is looking for a IT Support Engineer to work from their main offices in Northampton on a contract basis. The contract will initially last for three months, however there is scope for extension on this. The successful applicant will have excellent IT Hardware break fix knowledge. The main job role will be to provide a quick, accurate and focused assessment of fault calls to the service desk. The successful candidate will be providing an approachable, easy to deal with, technically professional service.The role requires the accurate diagnosis of fault calls to enable a resolution plan to be made and the provision of technicial support to clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years experience with hardware engineering, any manufacturers qualifications are advantageous. Good communication skills, decision making, prioritisation and customer liason skills are essential. Please send your CV
