Role: Network Security Engineer Location: Surrey Salary: £40 - 55K 

A World Leader is looking for a Network Security Engineer to work within a Business Winning environment, consulting with customers on Network Security and Communication requirements. You will also be required to deliver solutions, assist with Security design and communication architectures and look at future technical advancements. Key Responsibility Areas: Specification and Implementation into solutions: · Highly assured firewall specification and implementation e.g.EAL4 · Intruder detection systems · Information guards · Securing routers and switches · Virtual Private Networks · UK Crypto requirements · Writing Security design documentation · Communication mechanisms You will have a come from a Network Security/Communications Lead Engineering position of similar with a proven track record of working within Government or operationally critical infrastructures. Experience of managing small teams and a CISSP or recognised network qualification would certainly hold you in good stead.
