This is a 12 month fixed term role (could be longer) for an experienced ICT BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME MANAGER with a background in HR SAP or PEOPLESOFT ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS!
You MUST have experience of people and virtual team management.
Significant experience of managing the delivery of bespoke HR software systems /solutions e.g. SAP HR, Peoplesoft ERP
Prince 2 / MSP qualified
Significant experience of managing Issues, Risk and Dependencies within a Programme Environment
Can cope with the pressure of a busy management role.
Must be self-motivated and driven.
A motivator, mentor and team leader of exceptional qualities.
Must be solution orientated, analytical and able to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and
ability to communicate at multiple levels within a customer organisation.
Organised and methodical with attention to detail.
