Senior Business Analyst – London – Permanent – Competitive Salary.

One of the world's leading law firms requires a Senior Business Analyst for a permanent opportunity. The Candidate will be responsible for delivering the analytical activities to shape a project and the key analyst activities throughout a project in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities.
• You will be responsible for conducting business analysis during the entirety of the project. There will be a focus on benefit realisation to ensure the value in each project is realised.
• You will be involved in defining and delivering business analysts to ‘higher value/higher impact' projects typically quantified in terms of their budget, risk profile, profile within the firm, change impact, size, complexity and/or interdependencies.
• A key requirement of the role will be to coach/mentor other Business Analysts, acting as a subject matter expert that can be approached for advice on specific areas of best practice or analysis.

Key Skills and Experience
• The role incumbent should have extensive business analyst experience and be able to demonstrate a proven background in using and applying a variety of business analyst tools to facilitate requirements gathering, analysis, business process modelling.
• Experience of managing people is required.
