Job Description:

IT Service desk / Helpdesk/ 1st Line Support Analysts are required by very successful client based in Eastleigh, Hampshire to join a Service desk of over 20 people providing 1st line support to over 500 sites in the UK. The ideal person will have experience of working in an IT service desk / 1st line support/ helpdesk environment supporting a large number of users Reflex is acting as an employment business with respect to this vacancy
