Software Support Analyst required for Epsom Surrey / London border Systems Company. My client seeks a Support Analyst who could have come from a variety of backgrounds including; Applications Support, Managed Services, Technical Support, Support Service Desk. Key is that you must have had some previous support experience together with good excel skills with a good understanding of relational databases, such as SQL. The role will be to manage my client’s support desk as well as to analyse support issues so as to expand their Managed Service and Support operations. This is a career role and the job holder will be able to further their career into Technical Consultancy. This Software Support Analyst position will suit someone who has strong analysis skills and is an enthusiastic team play who is prepared to put their customers first. This Software Support Analyst has a starting salary of £18,000 to £22,000 plus bonus and is located on the Surrey / London border.
