Application/Software 1st Line Support Consultant required by a growing software house in Birmingham.
Role - Application/Software 1st Line Support Consultant
Location – Birmingham
Salary - £18,000 – £25,000
Skills – Application support, software support, ideally SQL Server and/or education/MIS experience (however this is not essential).
The Application/Software 1st Line Support Consultant will have experience of software support systems and environments and have excellent communication, customer facing and problem solving competencies. Any knowledge of SQL Server or the education/MIS environments is desirable but not essential.
Your role will be to record and resolve 1st line application/software issues as and when they arise in adherence with predetermined SLA's.
