Due to expansion, a Bilingual Customer Support Engineer is required at a Technical Solutions Company, based in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level technical support for the company's products and services by analysing and tracking problems, talking appropriate action, ensuring timely follow-up and working with other support teams as necessary. Due to the nature of the business, applicants must have a Degree or equivalent experience, excellent interpersonal skills and experience with either IT or Mobile Telecoms, and in addition, UNIX knowledge will be advantageous. Any additional European language, particularly German, Slovakian, Czech, Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian and Russian are being considered for this role.
