Title: IT Support Analyst Location: South Duration: 6 Months Rates: Market Rates My client an environmental Technology company are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst on a 6-month contract. This contract is based in the Hampshire area and needs to be filled ASAP. Responsibilities · Stabilise European support processes within 6 months · Helpdesk Support Process · Desk side Support Model · On boarding/New Hire Process · IT Hardware acquisition process and performance · Network and Server availability dashboard · Escalation of Helpdesk tickets in line with business requirements · IT Project management · IP Office PBX deployment – 1 site · Other small projects as necessary Qualifications/Requirements: · Proven track record working in an IT Support and Project delivery environment · Good Pc & Network Experience · Ability to follow defined processes · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with minimal direction · Ability to communicate with all internal levels of the business
