Our client, a prestigious FTSE 100 company, is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst, to start work within one of their offices in Greater Manchester.

As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be ensuring all long and short term planning is accurately completed according to business needs and timescales. You will also
analyse all supply and demand components using appropriate techniques and tools, interpreting the outcomes and preparing reports, and providing solutions to facilitate business decision making.
You will be involved in operational forecasting of call and workload volumes, development and maintenance of the Impact 360 workforce management system.

You will require experience within:
•Good understanding of call centre metrics, resource planning methodologies and service level dynamics
•Excellent working knowledge of Excel, with experience of operational modelling
•Proven numerical and analytical skills
•Experience of using contact centre workforce management tools
•Experience of telephony and associated reporting systems
•Self motivated, flexible and responsive to business needs and changes in priorities and deadlines

Experience of working within an outsourcing organisation would be beneficial along with experience within Microsoft Access and Experience of MI production.
