TECHNICAL CONSULTANT. Leading vendor of web-based Workforce Management software solutions has a new opportunity for a Technical Consultant to engage in the full lifecycle implementation of the company's workforce management software solutions.

You will work directly with the client in interpreting and analysing business requirements, collaborate with the Functional Consultant to write design specifications and then develop solutions to extend the Human Capital Management (HCM) solution according to client specific interface requirements. You will be expected to develop an excellent understanding of the applications in order to become a product expert across all modules.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Computer Science discipline, you will possess exceptional communication skills and experience in full lifecycle software development, with consulting focus. Successful candidates will posses experience in:

- Java based technologies (J2SE, J2EE, JSP, JDBC),
- Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server or DB2)
- Application servers (BEA Web Logic, Oracle 9iAS or IBM Websphere),
- Client-based enterprise application implementations (HCM experience desirable)
- n-tier web application architecture
