Team Lead / Developer - ASP.NET C# London - Digital Media Experience
My client is a leader in the digital media industry seeking a developer to join and lead their development team.
The successful developer must have strong commercial development experience (ideally 5 years although any level will be considered) with C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL with experience in a team lead position.
Your key accountabilities will be:
Working on the specification, design, development, testing and implementation of projects including writing appropriate documentation Working with both customers and junior developers to establish project requirements Mentoring developers across all phases of the product life cycle Testing software for projects and making sure they adhere to development standards (therefore a good compliance of these standards is required). Assisting in the creation of project plans, defining and quantifying tasks Working in conjunction with technical architects to establish project technical designs
You must have excellent communication (both written and oral) and client facing skills as the C# ASP.NET Senior developer role requires liaising with clients to take job specifications right through to the design, analysis and implementation of your system. Therefore experience and knowledge of the full project life cycle is important.
The role would ideally suit a technically competent problem solver with proven experience in ASP.NET, C#, SQL 2005, Tigris Subversion (code version control), XML, XSLT, and Javascript. In addition to my clients technical expectations you must also be personable with proven ability to work well within a team. Your organisational skills must be excellent as the role requires delivery of systems on time and to high standards.
You MUST have experience in a team leader development role with evidence of suitable responsibilities.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000
