My Client is looking for a strong HR Manager. The ideal candidate should have the following HR Manager experience:
Excellent experience of HR Management Advanced excel skills enabling production of formulas. Experience of Pivot tables to deliver detailed and complex MI data. Extensive SAP knowledge to extract and interpret employee data. In depth knowledge of the SAP organisation structure maintenance processes. Managerial skills Proven managerial skills required to direct, coach and motivate. Influencing of SSC to ensure business objectives achieved Good communicator at all levels with ability to influence at senior level Highly accurate and analytical, well organised and structured approach to work. Ability to lead not only immediate team but indirectly across HR Excellent configuration skills Excellent communication skills.
