Job Description:

European Technical Support Engineer required for a leading manufacturer of printers/photocopiers and multi-functional devices. Duties: *Provide Technical support to European subsidiaries. *Carry out field testing and report back to HQ. *Monitor product,country and ASC KPI's, analyse trends and highlight unusual movements. *Deliver product and technical training to Service Engineers, contact centre and internal staff. Person Specification: *Must have an academic qualification in electronics, or equivalent industry experience. *Technical, analytical and training skills with a high degree of self motivation required. £30,000 - £39,000 basic + BONUS + BENEFITS Please forward a current CV
