Senior Technical Analyst.

To fulfil this role, the Technical Analyst will:
·Manage some of the team’s support activities, producing management reports and other statistics as required.
*Pro-actively identify problems and manage their resolution
*Contribute to high levels of customer service by performing 2nd level support, isolating the cause of the problem/issue and resolving most issues independently.
*Some out of hours support will be required
·Produce timely, concise system and support documentation following standard processes and templates.
·Function as part of a dynamic team, liaising with business and IT colleagues as required.
Qualifications / Key Skills
·BSc in Computer Science or numerical subject preferred.
·Experience of any of the following preferred:Knowledge of the Microsoft platform, in particular PC and Server Operating Systems, MS SQL 2000/2005, the MS Office suite, and supporting and deploying applications using Citrix
