My client a global SAP consultancy who are looking for a SAP Support Lead Consultant to join their forward thinking and dynamic organisation.

Within this role you will be responsible for over seeing a team of up to 15 SAP individuals, Delivery of company 2nd & 3rd line SAP support for multi national organisations, developing client relationships, SLA planning and delivery, SAP resource planning and participating with the SAP delivery on project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP client facing experience ideally within a consultancy profile, strong SAP team management skills with the ability to think on their feet, experienced in delivery SAP support on a large scale as well as experience within working in a 2nd and 3rd line support environment.
