As part of this team, you will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of incidents related to Oracle and other applications on the live network.
You will work on incoming incidents, and other work such as ad hoc audit request, impact assessments, applications development and implementation, as well as carrying out regular Support tasks such as Data-Fixes and Ad-Hoc data queries.You will carry out development in the form of Maintenance Releases utilising the full software life-cycle.
Production, collation and ongoing modification of Applications Support documentation and quality review of code, documentation, reports and other deliverables produced by other team members.

PL/SQL
Forms (pref 6i)
Reports (pref 6i)
