Job Description:

IT support analyst urgently required in central Northampton is needed to support onsite users across various hardware and software. You will need to have previous experience supporting upto 50 users at both phone and desktop based. Experience of supporting Microsoft Office suite, Windows 2000, 2003, email, backups, hardware repair, software support etc. Any Microsoft qualification is highly advantageous. Benefits include FREE onsite parking in Central Northampton, upto 9% employer contribution pension, 3 X life insurance. Interviews are planned for w/b 19th May 2008.
