.NET Developer/Support Analyst (C# or VB.NET) - £27 - 30k

My well-known client based on the South/West Yorkshire borders is eager to add a talented .NET Analyst Programmer to join the Systems Support team. The successful .NET Programmer will provide analytical and programming skills across a range of platforms, developing, testing and implementing to team standards. You will ideally have good commercial development/programming experience in C#, VB.NET or VB6.

My client has a multi-platform environment and feels the successful .NET developer will be someone with good commercial experience with C# or VB.NET or even solid VB6 experience, an aptitude for support, someone who is flexible and who can delve into unfamiliar areas and demonstrate a quick learning ability. The successful .NET Analyst Programmer will also translate business problems and requirements into systems investigation and recommendations.

Any experience of SQL Server, Citrix, UNIX and some exposure to testing frameworks and agile methodologies will be highly advantageous in this interesting position.
