1st Line Helpdesk Support Engineers, Cambridge Award winning UK specialist providing complete IT Solutions to a national blue chip client base has an urgent requirement for 1st Line Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team. This role is office based, telephone support role working with clients across the UK. This is a challenging and rewarding position with excellent training and career development opportunities within a lively, friendly and highly supportive team. You will be a reliable and dedicated individual with excellent customer service and telephone skills, with previous experience in a telephone-based technical support role. Experience with Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003 and Active Directory are essential. You will have a good understanding of network architectures & protocols. e.g.: TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS. Experience with Anti-virus product support, general network security and support of Citrix clients would be desirable.
