Software development Manager C# webforms - New Media Company - Solihull To £40,000 + Car or allowance. We are a Multi Media Company based in Solihull and currently recruiting for a "Hands on" Software Development Manager. The role will include managing a team of existing developers who use C# Webforms / ASP.NET / SQL Server / HTML / CSS. You will also be expected to hands on from time to time. Other duties will include working and delivering projects to tight time scales, project managing client based projects, account management of some of the company's major accounts, technical consultancy to with new clients and projects, being responsible for technical and staffing budgets and purchasing and reporting to the MD. You will be managing a team of c5 developers. You should have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable talking to staff members, senior directors and clients. This is a role that would suit someone who is looking for the next step up the career ladder. You will be working with other departments in the business and will have full training working closely with other senior members of the business. It is essential that you come from a web environment ideally a client driven environment as you need to be able to work in a very demanding environment with short project deadlines.
