Job Title: Client Manager - Business Development Location: London Salary: Circa £70k - OTE £100k-£130k! + Excellent Benefits Large Blue Chip Company providing IT Consultancy to businesses in the Financial, Comms and Public Sectors currently require a Client Manager to join their expanding team. The role will involve working in partnership with the client sales managers across the UK to ensure the maximum return on investment from the current IBM client base and to grow the business with ‘net new’ account wins Responsibilities to include: Via the client sales team and directly where appropriate, to ensure that each client is effectively managed through the development, refinement and execution of comprehensive account plans leading to increased sales of IBM technology and services. • To manage, review and report on the IBM Partner forecasts • To understand key market drivers and IT opportunities and to use these to develop clear propositions with IBM that can be effectively taken to our existing and new IBM client base • To lead and encourage joint selling activity between IBM sales representatives and client managers aligned to existing and target customers. • To ensure that we maintain accreditations and certifications to meet and retain the highest level of IBM partnership. • Development of a communication strategy to ensure that key successes are clearly communicated across the business and IBM. The ideal candidate should possess good client delivery and client business development skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong leadership skills.
