Senior CRM Consultant required for one of the largest, full-service IT consulting companies in the world. Working within the CRM team developing custom solutions using your expertise with MS CRM v3 covering the following activities: Pre-sales demonstrations, presentations and proposal writing, Analysis / requirements gathering, Technical design, Project team leadership and / or working as part of a team, Knowledge of full software development lifecycle.
Successful applicants with have sound commercial experience of .Net development using C# with good exposure of T-SQL including stored procedures and triggers. Experience of developing N-tier architectures within a consulting environment using a structured methodology.
Experience of MS CRM v1.2 and / or v3 through multiple project involvement utilising the following skills
Expert in:
Deep understanding of both Sales and Customer services Modules including marketing module
Installation and configuration of MS CRM, Exchange
Competent in:
Security, business analysis, and best practices within the context of MS CRM
Understanding of Active Directory within the context of MS CRM
SDK Usage
Deep integration specifically with Post callouts
UI customisation (supported)
Client Side scripting (MS CRM v3)
Knowledge of:
UI customisation (unsupported)
Custom application Development
Rich client development (both offline and online)
Ability to create and port reports to SQL Reporting Services
Integration using both BizTalk and Bespoke methods
Integration with other Microsoft Stack products (MS CMS, MS SPPS)
Experience ideally of one other MS enterprise product such as Sharepoint, Commerce Server, Content Management Server, MS BizTalk.
