Job Description:

Software support Analyst needed by my well known client in Eastleigh, Hampshire to join their Service Desk team providing 1st & 2nd line Software support. You will need to have a good background of working on a Helpdesk but looking for a role that can offer more than just answering 1st line calls. This person will work alongside the Problem Analyst & Helpdesk team reconstructing hardware & software faults to come up with solutions.
