Dynamics AX Development Consultant required for one of the largest, full-service IT consulting companies in the world with over 8000 employees and a $1 billion turnover. You will work within the expanding Microsoft Dynamics AX practice using your development expertise with MS Dynamics AX to cover the following :
Full Implementation cycle from Discovery, specification, design and configuration, development, testing, through to delivery to Client for further testing, training and acceptance.
Responsible working in a team for the overall process design and system design elements of a development project.
Ensuring that the ultimate standard and quality of the delivered project meets and exceeds the clients expectations.
Ability to work at all levels with the Client from CEO, Management Accountant, Warehouse operative.
Commercially aware of the contractual obligations of the project and ensuring the scope of the project is contained.
Providing Support on the development projects
Pre-sales demonstrations, presentations and proposal writing where required
Working as part of a team
Working in the Leicester Office and where required visiting Clients to obtain requirements, and following development to again visit the client to install, configure and train on the development project.

Successful applicants will have experience of developing in the MS Axapta / Dynamics AX Framework.
Expert in:
Deep understanding of the Financials, Trade and Logistics product set
Taking a lead development role in providing development work in the above
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Axapta / Dynamics AX Project, HR, Custom application Development
Experience ideally of
one other MS enterprise product such as Moss , Commerce Server, MS BizTalk.

It is expected that applicants will be Certified Dynamics AX development professional (Finance, Trade & logistics, project)
