Analyst Programmer - Barnsley/Pontefract area - C#, VB.NET, SQL, VB6

Retail and Distribution Giant requires a seasoned C# VB6 Analyst Programmer to join their large development based in West Yorkshire, working on a number of large development projects including information management systems, distribution-related projects, fleet management systems, and stock & inventory systems that underpin their global enterprise.

It is important that the c# analyst programmer is a good team-player with excellent communication skills. The successful C# VB.NET Analyst Programmer will have a proven academic background and have commercial industry experience in a Analyst Programmer/Developer capacity utilising their strong C#, VB.NET, VB6 and SQL Server skills on both Web and Winforms applications development across the full lifecycle. Familiarity with Citrix and deploying citrix applications will be an advantage aswell as previous experience with Unix and mainframe based systems. You should also have exposure to testing frameworks and agile methodologies.
