In this role you will be managing the Cisco practice, overseeing projects, support teams, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met. A high level of staff management is required as well as a sound technical knowledge of all aspects of Cisco. In this role you MUST have a thorough technical understanding, and experience of managing Cisco teams of 30+ staff, have a sound understanding of projects and successful track record of leading, managing and delivering.
