Successful financial software house is seeking a Lead Developer.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Educated to degree level in a computer related subject (desirable)
•Microsoft, Sun or CIW Certification an advantage

EXPERIENCE
•Java, Netbeans, ASP.Net
•HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver 8 (or MX), CSS/CSS2
•Knowledge of Web Services or COM
•Experience of designing and developing eCommerce applications at an Advanced level (essential)
•Linux, Windows 2000, XP and Vista architectural knowledge
•Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills
•C#, Visual Basic.NET, Visual C++
•Previous experience in Mainframe or Mid Range development an advantage
•General Insurance / Financial Services industry knowledge.
•Knowledge of or similar other software houses products.
SKILLS
•Be able to take a leading role in the development of eCommerce solutions and associated tools.
•Provide Customer documentation for Bespoke development.
•Be able to convert requirements specified at either a business or technical level into successful implementation, through analysis / design skills.
•Planning of tasks to achieve deadlines.
•Attend and Lead Customer Pre Sales presentations and Development meetings
