Successful financial software house is seeking a Development Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS
•Educated to degree level ( or equivalent )
•A Degree in a computer related subject (advantageous)
•Microsoft Professional Qualification ( advantageous )

EXPERIENCE
•Experience of designing and developing multi tier .Net / SQL Server
•applications at a senior level
•Practical experience of each aspect of the software lifecycle
•Proven track record for task managing and mentoring other team members.

SKILLS
•Excellent communication skills
•Able to drive, support and motivate team members
•Be able to convert requirements specified at either a business or technical
•level into successful implementation, through analysis and design skills.
•Good knowledge of Transact SQL and SQL Server 2005
•Good knowledge of ASP.NET or.NET (2.0 or above)
•Planning of tasks to achieve deadlines.
