Progressive investment bank in the city currently require a highly experiences Java, J2EE analyst / developer with solid derivatives business knowledge to join their team.

Candidates will have over 5 years Java J2EE analyst / development experience that has been gained within an investment banking environment. Have strong market risk knowledge and candidates will also be well versed in business analysis as you will required to lead projects alongside Java, J2EE and Hibernate development.

This role will see you sat on the trading floor and splitting your time between Java development and project work within a front office environment so candidates will have excellent market risk / business knowledge and derivatives knowledge – ideally equities.

This role will give candidates the chance to create there own platforms and shape what technologies are used.
