Role: IT Helpdesk Support Contract: 3 months Location: Chelmsford / Basildon Rate: Market Rates My client is seeking to recruit a IT Helpdesk Support person. This contract will be based in Chelmsford then Basildon and is initially scheduled for 3 months. Your purpose will be to support the I.T infrustructure systems, assisting the support of the following - PC users supporting helpdesk logs, user account configuration - Windows file and print servers, issues and configuration - Resolving application issues - Can resolve PC issues without assistance - logging calls on PC applications.
