My client is a leading IT outsourcing company who are looking for Multilingual Helpdesk Analysts to help with a new project.
This is a 6-month rolling contract (with the chance of eventually going permanent), so is a fantastic chance to gain some IT Support experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office is needed as you will be responsible for supporting the recent Microsoft Office 2007 package. Full training will be given on this product.
You'll be dealing with users of all levels across Europe - so fluency in Dutch, Spanish, German or French is vital. Trilingual skills would be a strong advantage!
In return a generous salary of around ₤11-13 p/h is on offer along with full product training.
