We are looking for both full time Customer Service Associates to join our award winning* team. All calls will be incoming, you will take personal accountability for each call and be the first point of contact for our existing customers. we need you to confidently speak about our products through providing exceptional customer experience, as well as building customer loyalty and confidence, will be key to your success.

Based in one of Manchester's newest landmark buildings (101 Embankment, next to the Cathedral) you will be working in a brand new environment using state of the art systems. Located In the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of all public transport links, you'll enjoy training and coaching as well as an opportunity to move your Contact Centre career forward within our unique customer-centric environment.

Experience of working in a target driven environment and being managed against business KPI's and objectives A passion for providing great customer experience A good listener with the ability to effectively communicate Intermediate literacy and numerical skills IT/Computer Literate An enthusiastic outgoing personality Resilient with a positive approach Comfortable operating in a fast-paced changing environment A multi-tasker with a flexible 'can do' attitude experience of working within a Contact Centre, and/or Insurance if desirable but not essential,
Hours of work
Swinton operates between: 8:30am-8:30pm Monday to Friday & 9am-5pm on Saturdays. You will not be required to work on Sundays. We are interviewing before Christmas, with start dates available for 6th January & 13th January.
