As a Sales Executive within CJ Retail Solutions, you will work closely with and support our Sales Director to manage the creation and execution of our business strategy within the manufacturing and agency arena. Your key responsibilities will be to win new business and maintain existing clients in line with the company strategy, through building and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients within the desired sector.
Focus on achieving and succeeding revenue and profit targets for CJ Retail Solutions is paramount along with assisting the Sales Director to determine client and service strategies to ensure long term sales and profit growth.
You will be required to work with the tactical project delivery team, training and marketing to deliver the agreed sales strategy. SLA's will include Revenue and Margin targets & will be reviewed monthly.

Scope of work
To develop and maintain strong relationships with potential & existing CJRS clients, generating new business and growing on the foundations of our existing accounts.
We have a varied portfolio of services which we provide and this role will involve starting conversations with potential clients to asses which of those services will be most suitable.
This role will also include submitting tender responses, presenting to clients and quoting for other tactical works.
Some sales leads will be provided by the CJRS marketing department, but the majority of contacts/potential clients will need to be sourced and developed independently.

What we're looking for
A keen/hungry individual, who is quick to learn and shows drive, loyalty and commitment
Ideally hold some previous experience within the retail and/or POP sectors
The ability and desire to sell our varied portfolio of services
The flexibility to undertake regular travel, including staying away from home.
Confident operating within peer groups and liaising with customer and clients
Strong Team Player with a "can do" attitude
Flexible & analytical in approach
Good communication, presentation, organisational & time management skills
Proficient computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office)
Full and valid driving license
