Internal Sales Executive required for our Colchester based client with a new part of the business reaching out to the Electrical Vehicle industry. It is essential for this Internal Sale Executive role that you possess strong sales skills, able to build relationships, possess strong communication skills and most importantly have experience within the Electrical Wholesale, Contractor or Solar PV/Energy Industries. You will have a passion to learn about the requirements of the Electrical Vehicle marketplace will be critical, as is an underlying interest in the technologies developing to support the electrification of the UK's infrastructure. Effective lead creation of opportunities and conversion using a Sales Pipeline.
Responsibility to enhance contact data and CRM information.
Ownership and development of sustainable and trusted relationships across all companies' customers
Responsible for creating, maintaining and converting pipeline projects.
Driving sales revenue and gross margin performance of the portfolio.
Seek out future project opportunities and work closely with both suppliers and the EV Business Development Manager to successfully convert and deliver against customer projects.
Increase number of active contacts across the portfolio of customers and the breadth of their reliance on the EV brand
responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets for the defined portfolio of customers in line with the targets set by the company
Effective sales campaigns to deliver results from planned sales and marketing initiatives.
Degree educated with an aspiration to build a commercial career
Experience within the Electrical Wholesale, Contractor or Solar PV/Energy Industries.
Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills
Confidence to proactively deliver a high number of telephone calls consistently and enjoy the customer conversations
Capable of working managing multiple sales projects in addition to day to day activity whilst remaining focused
The ability to build valuable relationships quickly and understand how to remain relevant.
A technical aptitude with a drive to learn about innovations and new technical concepts
Passion for the electrical vehicle market place
