Work with the credit team and clients with credits and refunds
Manage credit and refunds report, completing reconciliation checks on internal systems to validate credit / refund.
Monitor Direct Debit email inbox
SSW Direct Debit - GoCardless and Avonline Direct Debit - Paper
Ireland SEPA - Paper
ADDACS/UDD/IC from BACS reports
Card payment chargebacks
Previous administration experience in a similar type role or function would be advantageous
Familiar with finance admin or credit control
Navision / Microsoft dynamics would be preferred
Good organisational / planning ability
Able to collaborate with rest of CC team and organisation
