Parkinson Lee Executive Search, part of Elevation Recruitment Group, are currently partnering with a market leading international provider of remote systems and business optimisation software in the appointment of a Chief Product Owner, to be based in Sheffield to lead and inspire a growing PMO office.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, the purpose of the role is to lead and develop the PMO function, ensure the delivery of all projects in an agile environment, and nurture the agile teams to build world class products.
Key responsibilities include: -Lead and develop the PMO function; taking overall responsibility for the quality and delivery of a broad range of projects -Provide analysis of the projects and programmes schedule and ensure it is robust, coherent and optimised -Develop the agile teams to build world class products -Deliver profitability and customer satisfaction on all projects through commercial management -Develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
We are looking for an individual with: -A proven track record of setting up and managing a PMO office for large transformational programmes -Strong leadership skills - ability to coach and develop teams and individuals -A solid understanding of PMO methodologies and frameworks from an agile environment; including Scrum / Kanban teams -Excellent stakeholder management and an ability to liaise at all levels of the Business; presenting and communicating in a clear and concise manner
