Head of New Business Sales - ERP Software Sales - Manchester - 50,000 pa + OTE.
Our client who is a major international ERP solutions provider is looking for an experienced Head of New Business Sales Sales to join their expanding team based in Manchester.
You will be responsible for the new business sales strategy and plan, ensuring that the value proposition is clearly articulated to potential customers and thereafter there is a clear activity and close plan in place for each new business opportunity.
Responsible for a team of new business sales executives, a personal sales target along with a team software and services revenue target. You will ensure the highest quality of opportunity management, bid management, proposal, information sharing, sales handover and deal closure.
You will facilitate a new business sales culture which will work closely with services and technical teams to ensure that the solution sold to the customer is deliverable at the required quality levels and within the prescribed timescale. Ensuring all sales executives play a full role in the sales and operational planning activities.
In addition you will be involved with Account Management, Pre-Sales, Line Management and Board reporting.
It is expected that you will have several years experience of New Business - ERP Software Sales, coupled with line management experience.
