Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Homeworker / Remotely
Salary: Up to 25, 000 per annum depending on experience

Company Overview:

Our client are UK immigration law experts, providing first-class services for migrating to the UK. Assisting with Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa's, which allows individuals to set-up, join or take over a business in the UK as well as live here and bring family members with them.

Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our client on a permanent basis supporting and reporting directly to the Finance Director. Occasional travel to the Head Office in London may be required until fully up to speed with all job responsibilities, however any travel required is covered by our client and in full. Key responsibilities include the following:

* Processing monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll and ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time.

* Purchase Ledger: checking, processing and payment of supplier invoices.

* Investigating any queries and account reconciliations.

* Pension contributions and holiday calculations.

* Other general accounts and administration support when required.

Experience:

* Experience working in a busy accounts department and within a similar position, experience within payroll essential.

* Experience with both Sage 50 Payroll and Xero essential.

* AAT qualified desired but not essential.

* Able to work under own initiative with exceptional planning and organisational skills.

* Great communication skills both verbally and written with exceptional attention to detail.

Hours:

37.5 hour working week, flexible on what times are worked daily due to being a homeworker role.

Benefits:

* 21 days holiday, plus bank holiday.

* Working form home and flexible working hours.
