Fixed term appointment for two years, with the possibility of extension
Your project management skills can transform how we work and deliver massive social value to make our technology work harder for customers and colleagues.
Effective deployment of digital technology is central to everything we do here at the Eildon Group. As one of Scotland's leading housing and care providers and with 45 years' experience, we own and manage 2,500 homes across almost 50 settlements and deliver vital services to our communities.
Applying your project management skills to the full, you will closely partner our senior management team in developing interactive online services for our customers and delivering cutting-edge mobile working practices for our staff. At the same time, you will support our organisation-wide adoption of Office 365, our transfer of document management to a cloud-based SharePoint environment, and our improved utilisation of legacy-based systems, including enhanced management of suppliers.
Broad understanding of modern IT systems would naturally be useful, but it's your project management ability that will matter most. Leading multidisciplinary project teams, you will set key strategies, deliverables and milestones, produce detailed documentation for senior management, and take far-reaching decisions whilst bringing others around to your way of thinking.
Financially astute, meticulous in managing details and capable of seeing the broader picture, you will be a true self-starter with the drive and vision to make things happen. Above all, you will be able to multitask effectively and bring diverse workstreams together to deliver real transformation of the way we think and operate. In return, you can expect an exceptionally high profile, the opportunity to transform the experience of customers and colleagues, and the chance to add a significant leadership challenge to your CV.
