Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the UK's largest and best-loved charities. As a Business Analyst, you will work with system users, developers, testers and Project Managers to help deliver new and changed systems through a period of great technical change.
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience working in technical business analysis on the full project life-cycle. You have excellent interpersonal skills and display empathy towards users' needs as well as an eye for detail and an ability to focus, in order to ask informed questions and understand the answers. You will be comfortable leading requirements workshops and have strong facilitation skills.
You have experience of Business Process Modelling Notation (or equivalent) and of Agile delivery methodologies and the ability to produce clear, comprehensive and high-quality documentation.
