JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager - Contract Hire / Fleet Management

LOCATION: Oxford, Banbury, Northampton, Aylesbury, Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, Bicester, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Bedford, St Neots, Letchworth Garden City, Cambridge, Bishop's Stortford

INDUSTRY: Contract Hire / Fleet Management

SALARY: 40,000 to 45,000 + Commission / Bonus + Company Car

COMPANY / ROLE

Our Client is a well established market leading organisation in the Contract Hire industry, the company supply a wide range of contract hire, leasing, finance and fleet management solutions into a variation of commercial, industrial, blue chip and SME organisations across the whole of the UK.

The company are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Contract Hire / Fleet Management industry, have a proven track-record in sales / business development and have a strong focus on new business / winning new accounts. Candidates must be hardworking, target-driven and looking to join a successful, growing company within the Contract Hire / Fleet Management industry.

Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Contract Hire / Fleet Management Industry.

2. New business / Sales experience - essential

3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.

4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit

5. Effective Communicator.

6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.

7. Computer literate.
