The role of the Solution Architect is to work with key business and IT stakeholders to specify, design and select applications and technology solutions that add and protect value for the organisation.

* Zachman / TOGAF Framework experience * SharePoint development - 2007, 2010, SharePoint designer * Workflow tools - K2, Nintex * Analytics - SAP Business Objects, SQL server analysis services 2005, 2008R2, Power Pivot * Data Access Languages - SQL, MDX, DAX * Integration - IBM WebSphere, IBM IIB, SQL Server Integration Services 2005, 2008R2 * Reporting - SAP Data Services, SQL Server Reporting Services 2005, 2008R2, Performance Point, Excel & Visio Services, Power Pivot * Business process definition and analysis methodologies (e.g. ARIS, UML, BPM, Lean) * Solution and System Design methodologies (e.g. UML, SSADM) * Network topologies/interconnectivities * Solution design utilising platform services (EIaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) * Cyber Essential / ISO27001 exposure * Technical pre-sales support
Essential previous experience, in a corporate environment, of:
* Solution Design * Technology assessment and selection * Working within a structured development environment * Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
